CEO/fOUNDER

Prof. Sheraz Ali leads the practice with a methodology-first, ethics-driven approach. He is trained in Finland and Australia. His highest degree is the Doctor of Philosophy from Australia. He also holds the Master of Public Health from Finland. He earned competitive scholarships for the master and the doctoral studies. An author of more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and an editorial contributor, he guides teams from study design and data strategy through analysis, writing, and journal submission to deliver results that influence practice and policy.

Co-Founder/ Chief Operating Officer

Dilshad Haider leads operations and delivery. She translates client goals into clear scopes, timelines, and quality checks. She manages proposals, budgets, and reporting, and mentors’ analysts in good research practice. She directs data analysis services that combine qualitative and quantitative methods.

Gender and Social Research Lead

Madiha Shah holds a master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She turns complex social questions into clear findings that people can use. Educated in social and cultural anthropology, she works across interviews and survey data to produce clean datasets, careful analysis, and concise summaries. Her focus on gender equality and minority rights, together with experience in international research settings, helps clients move from ideas to journal-ready tables, figures, and plain-language reports that inform real programs and policy.

Statistical Advisor

Jaffer Bin Baqar advises on study design, sample size and statistical power, and clear analysis plans to ensure robust, publication-ready results. A statistician by qualification trained in clinical research and biostatistical methods under the International Council for Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice, he turns complex methods into plain, confident guidance.

Senior Research Associate

Rahat Shah, having a PhD. from Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany, brings a life-course lens to research on family dynamics, intergenerational relationships, and gender. Drawing on doctoral work in sociology and university teaching experience, he designs sound qualitative and survey workflows, runs thematic and statistical analysis, and distils results into straightforward insights. His publications on youth transitions and waithood support practical advice for social policy and program design.

Data Analyst

Naveeda Ali helps organisations see what is working and why. She builds clear questionnaires, cleans and analyses data, and turns results into simple dashboards and reports that track progress against key measures. With research and analyst roles across consulting and measurement teams, she delivers accurate, easy-to-understand outputs so leaders can act with confidence.

Zia un Nisa is an interdisciplinary researcher and data analyst working across psychology, public health, and the social sciences. She specializes in designing analytical tools, managing complex datasets, and integrating quantitative and qualitative insights to generate meaningful evidence. With experience spanning mental health, adolescent well-being, and health systems, she transforms raw information into publication-ready reports, visual narratives, and concise policy briefs. Her work bridges research and practice, translating diverse forms of data into actionable knowledge that supports decision-making, strengthens programs, and improves outcomes across sectors.
